Help Center: Import Feedback

The Import Feedback tab is where you can upload any offline data set in CSV format, including offline product reviews, surveys, interviews, and other forms of feedback.

Every row of feedback must be tied to a "Product Name" that was first created in the Catalog tab, even if the feedback is not about a specific product. For example, if you are uploading survey responses, you should create a New Product in the Catalog tab called "2024 Survey" or another distinguishable name. Note: the product_name field in the Import Reviews Template CSV must match the Product Name in the Catalog tab exactly. Screenshot of Import Reviews Template below.


Once the file has been uploaded, Native AI will ingest and apply Natural Language Processing to the data overnight. By the next day, you should see all imported feedback in the Conversation and Dashboard tabs, and the feedback will be filterable using the Product Name.
