Explained: What is AI Orchestration?
Native AI is the world's most advanced generative AI solution built with consumer brands and the partners that service them in mind.
In a nutshell
There's a lot going on behind the scenes when you engage with a generative AI chatbot. Here is a simplified workflow.
First, it uses natural language processing to interpret the meaning of your words. Next, it will think by searching its training data for relevant information. Finally, it will answer you with natural language. For most chatbots that serve one function, this is pretty simple. But when the task is more complicated, like when Native AI clients are seeking insights from structured and unstructured data, there may be more than one way to interpret, think, and answer.
AI orchestration is the process by which the AI examines all possible methods of interpreting and answering the question, and chooses the best method in real-time. For example, if the client wants to know how many Digital Twins have dogs, the answer will be a pie chart. If the client wants to know how Digital Twins would describe a product, the answer will be adjective-filled text.
We also have the ability to translate language in real time, which is critical for global brands with international customers.
Delivering the answers you need in a variety of formats
Our orchestration feeds into several natural language processing pipelines in order to get you the best answer with the greatest impact. You have full control over the visualizations so you can easily export and share with your team at a moment's notice.
Sentiment analysis
Unlike generic chatbots like ChatGPT, Native AI requires robust sentiment analysis in order to interpret data within its training set. Rather than flatten all inputs into one aggregate persona, Native AI keeps each input separate so clients can create detailed segments.
For example, the client may wish to know how very satisfied customers think about the flavor of a beverage versus customers who were not satisfied.
