Help Center: Conversation
The Conversation tab is where you browse and respond to customer reviews across every source: every review from your owned and competitor watchlist products, updated daily, plus any offline feedback you've brought in through Import Feedback. Each review card shows the reviewer, source, star rating, and detected sentiment. Jump to section:

Searching & Browsing
The search bar finds reviews containing any keyword or phrase, using exact word or phrase matching. (This is different from Quality IQ, which uses Natural Language Processing to identify product attributes from language context.) Use it to pull individual examples of reviews that mention specific terms, which is great for adding real customer quotes to a presentation.
The Newest / Positive / Neutral / Negative tabs give you a one-click sentiment view, and the review-set selector switches between data sets. Sorting and page-size controls sit on the right.
Filters & Audiences
The Filters panel narrows the reviews to exactly the slice you care about: date range, products, watchlist, sources, tags, and sentiment, as granular as a single product at a single retailer.
Filters do double duty: once you've dialed in a slice you like, Save Audience turns it into a named audience you can reuse in Digital Twins and Survey Runner. The panel header shows how many Digital Twins your current filter selection represents.

Custom Filters
For more complex questions, Edit Custom Filters opens a rule builder where you combine conditions with Match ALL (AND) or Match ANY (OR) logic, add rules on custom attributes, and nest rule groups for expressions like "(A and B) or C." A live summary shows exactly who's included as you build. Basic Mode takes you back to the simple panel at any time.

Tags
Tags let you categorize reviews. Open a review card's menu and pick a tag, or create your own with Add Custom Tag (each tag gets a color). Built-in tags cover the most common uses:
- Spam / Unrelated - filtering out reviews that aren't really about the product
- Distribution error - negative reviews caused by shipping or fulfillment rather than product quality

Tags are shared across your whole team: adding a tag to a review makes it visible on every company login, and removing it removes it for everyone. Once tagged, reviews can be filtered by tag in both the Conversation and Brand Insights tabs. Manage Tags keeps the tag list tidy.
